Updates Tests

When the user selects to 'Update Tests', the system checks if there are any updates available for this data; if so downloads them (Fig 3.1) and if there are no updates then the user if informed that the information they have is the latest. As well as downloading the latest test sets this function also downloads the latest equipment types and the latest’s responses for each test.
